Our residential service includes weekly pickup of one 65-gallon trash container for all your household waste, yard debris, and non-recyclable materials, plus bi-weekly collection of one 95-gallon recycling container. Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I have my trash out?
Your trash should be out by 5 a.m. We often suggest putting it out the night before. Never assume that your driver will come at the same time every week. Unforeseen circumstances and variables can affect the schedule.
Don’t try to time your trash man.
However, if your trash has not been picked up by 5 p.m. in the evening, please give us a call.
What holidays do you not operate on?
We do not operate on only 2 holidays: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If your scheduled pickup falls on (or after) one of these days, your pickup will be delayed one day.
When in doubt, put your can out!
Do you pick up large items?
Not at this time.
Can I put extra bags outside the trash can?
No, we ask you do not place extra bags outside of the cans for the safety of our drivers. If you find that one can is not consistently meeting your needs, we can provide an additional can for only $6.50 per month. We will also dump your personal trash cans, but we are not liable if anything happens to these cans.
What are your payment options?
Mail-in check; make payment online at (link our site); set up auto payments through credit card or bank account at (link our site); use bill pay through your bank; drop payment off at our office. You can pay over the phone with a card only by calling 1-877-752-3024.
