Renewable Resources Sign Up Form

Please enter the following information if you would like to sign up for Renewable Resources services. Members of this service will receive a 65 gallon trash container and a 95 gallon recycling container. Inside the containers on the lid there will be a sticker on it to let you know what day we will be collecting your waste and recycling. If you do not want to send this information back in the mail, you can also sign up on our website and at our Facebook page. We welcome you as a valued customer and we look forward to serving you for your waste and recycling needs.

Participating homeowners receive:

One 65 Gallon trash container that will be picked up each week for trash, yard waste, and all non‐recyclable materials, as well as one 95 Gallon recycling container picked up every other week. Additional containers are available for an additional $6.50 per container per month. $19.50 a quarter.

Please note: Our one-time non-refundable delivery fee of $35 for the initial delivery of your 64 Gallon container.

Cost for basic service:

WARRICK COUNTY: $26.00 per month ($78.00 per quarter) – no additional fuel, environmental, or administrative surcharges
VANDERBURGH COUNTY: $30.00 per month ($90.00 per quarter) – no additional fuel, environmental, or administrative surcharges

Program participants will be billed quarterly:

WARRICK: $78.00 per quarter for regular service
VANDERBURGH: $90.00 per quarter for regular service

- Minus 10% for any eligible discount

Please note: Your first quarter payment must be made over the phone with a card, and it is a non-refundable charge at the time of sign-up

Liability Acknowledgement:

I acknowledge and understand that Renewable Resources, LLC is not liable or responsible for any personal containers that are damaged or thrown away if they are placed out for pick up.

Discounts Available: Each Residence is eligible for only one discount

I am eligible for the 10% Senior Citizens discount (age 65 or older), and will provide a copy of a Driver's License or other proof of age.

I am eligible for the 10% Active / Veteran Military discount, and will provide a copy of my Military ID or other proof of Service.

I am eligible for the 10% Frist Responder discount, (EMS / Fire Fighter / Law Enforcement and or Volunteer) - either currently serving or a past member.

Community Give Back:

I would like to support the Boonville Band Sponsors Club Inc. By checking this box Renewable Resources will donate 10% of your service cost back to the Sponsors Club. (This does NOT add any additional cost to the customer by participating in this program.)

I would like to support the Castle Knights High School Band. By checking this box Renewable Resources will donate 10% of your service cost back to the Castle High School Band. (This does NOT add any additional cost to the customer by participating in this program.)
