Jordan Aigner, P.E.
President
Jordan M. Aigner is the President of Renewable Resources, LLC located in Boonville, Indiana. Jordan is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Indiana and Kentucky. Jordan has worked with municipalities, county and city governments, and private developers to provide solutions to Utility Challenges for more than 10 years. Jordan has experience in permitting and compliance with IDEM Solid Waste, IDEM Office of Water Quality, IDEM Office of Air Quality, IDNR, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Jordan resides in Boonville, Warrick County IN.
Jeremy Aigner
Vice President
Jeremy L. Aigner is the Vice President of Renewable Resources, LLC located in Boonville, Indiana. Jeremy is a graduate of Oakland City University, with a Degree in Business. Jeremy has been working in the excavation and heavy equipment industry for over 10 years. He is skilled on many pieces of equipment and has been operating the Trucking Division of Aigner Construction for more than 10 years. Jeremy has been the onsite supervisor for many large projects with several complex aspects. He has the ability to make decisions as conditions change and can work well with customers. Jeremy excels in scheduling equipment and manpower and takes pride in performing efficiently while delivering quality service. Jeremy resides in Newburgh, Warrick County IN.

Jerry Aigner
Operations
Jerry L. Aigner is a graduate of Oakland City College, with a degree in teaching and a Master's of Science from the University of Evansville. He has established many businesses within Warrick County beginning in 1976. He has over 35 years of work experience in several industries including Mining, Farming, Excavation, and Development. Jerry will apply his expertise in the management of the Development team, Waste haulers, and Customer Satisfaction. He has supported local business development for many years in Warrick County and will be a key leader to connect additional small businesses to the Recycling Program for future participation. Jerry resides in Boonville, Warrick County IN.

Carra Meuth
Accounts Manager
Carra Meuth has been working as a Financial Account Manager for more than 15 years. She has experience in various Accounting and Payroll programs, including Certified Payroll procedures for State and Federal Agencies. Carra will provide supervision activities; develop roles and incentives of Accounting Controls department and payroll as well.Carra will be managing and coordinating insurance needs on all levels, including General Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation, Bonding, and Employee Health Plans. She will oversee monthly & quarterly book closings and prepare internal financial statements for management review. Additionally her responsibilities will be to keep outside accountant informed of changes and developments in business and work with the accountant to update bookkeeping methods accordingly. Prepare books for annual financial audit. Carra resides in Boonville, Warrick County IN.

Brandon Morton
Operational Manager
Brandon Morton is a recent addition to our Development team. Brandon Graduated from Oakland City University with a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management, as well as an Associate Degree in Accounting. Brandon will bring a fresh outlook to the team and its connection to each of our customers. Brandon will be directly responsible for connecting to our customers and ensuring satisfaction and that quality service is delivered.
Sydney Jaquess
Customer Service Representative 
Sydney Jaquess has been a Customer Service Representative and Office Administrator for over 5 years. She has previous experience in multiple software training roll-outs, and is well equipped with the skills needed to help the office run smoothly. Sydney enjoys building relationships within the community, and her excellent communication skills allow her to get to the bottom of any problem that may arise. Sydney resides in Newburgh, Warrick County IN.
Abbigail Jaquess
Customer Service Manager
Abbigail Jaquess is a graduate from Oakland City University. Abbi graduated with a degree in
Communications with a Concentration in Public Relations and a Minor in Business. She has experience in marketing for a nonprofit organization and loves working for the betterment of her community. Abbi prioritizes the customers’ needs and will always be there to assist with whatever they may need. Abbi resides in Newburgh, Warrick County IN.
